Get your creative juices flowing while drinking a cup of Joe, munching on a quick snack or a full meal, and spending quality time while crafting with your friends in any of these cafés found in our laid-back neighborhood, Katipunan!

1 Olivia’s Concept Café
The white brick walls, the natural light coming in through the glass windows, the wide tables, and the awesome selection of pizzas and rice meals are just a few of the reasons why you’ll keep coming back to this spot in Blue Residence.

2 Tyler
The new kid on the (Katipunan) block, this café just opened last February and is already making an impression with its mouth-watering breakfast dishes. Why don’t you share some pancakes while collaborating on a new art project with your friend?

3 Ella and the Blackbird
The wooden interiors and art-filled walls will make any of your #workinprogress posts look extra cool.

4 Third Cup Cafe
Known for producing Instagram-worthy latte art (such as Star Wars characters and cute animals), this café on Rosa Alvero Street also decorates its walls with coffee-related art and typography.

5 Equatorial Coffee
Found on F. dela Rosa Street, this minimalist café can serve as the gorgeous setting for your next papercut or crochet project!

6 Noonsaram Korean Desserts and Café
Definitely a must-visit for Korean bingsu lovers! Beat the heat by ordering one of their shaved ice desserts, but before taking a mouthful, don’t forget to draw how it looks on your sketchpad! (PS: You can also read random sticky notes posted on the walls of the café.)

7 Brown Paper Proj. Cafe: A Coffee Community
Serving good coffee from 9 am till 11 pm, this coffee shop was created by a group of professionals who first met in a coffee shop (aww!). Artisans and makers are invited to kick back and make inside this lovely space.

8 XOCOLAT
One of the pioneer cafés in the Katipunan area, this coffee shop was originally a residential space. You have the option of working al fresco while sipping one of their yummy chocolate drinks!

10 Chocolate Kiss
Indulge in a slice (or two!) of this café’s best-selling cakes while putting the finishing touches to your crocheted doll or watercolor piece.

Don’t forget to drop by Hey Kessy while you’re in the Urban Turf area of UP Town Center—just a few steps away from both Biblio and Chocolate Kiss!
